The brief

A US fiber internet provider needed more than appointment setting. They needed a full inside sales motion: setters generating live transfers and appointments at the top, closers signing contracts at the bottom, and coverage long enough to catch homeowners across US time zones. Hiring and managing that in-house, across shifts, was the exact overhead they wanted off their plate.

The build

We run a nine-operator dedicated pod for this client: five closers and four appointment setters and live-transfer operators, all in-office on the 2CT floor. When the client asked for longer days, we expanded coverage from nine hours to eleven, running 6am to 5pm Pacific so the pod is live from East Coast mornings to West Coast evenings.

The bench gets better

The strongest proof of the model is what happened inside the pod. One operator joined as an appointment setter, was trained up through the 2CT program, and moved into a closing seat. Within months she was the pod's top biller three months running, consistently producing three to four times the output of her peers.

That is the point of running a floor instead of renting freelancers. Training compounds. The team you have in month six is better than the team you started with, and nobody had to be replaced to get there.
