COMMON QUESTIONS

Read this before you book.

Why aren't rates published on the page?

Every funnel is different. List quality, script maturity, target persona, vertical, and the seat mix all move the rate. Publishing a single rate would either over-charge the lean engagements or under-deliver on the complex ones. We scope the floor on a 30-minute call and send a written quote within 24 hours. The number you see is the number on the contract.

How fast can we go live?

Six business days from contract signature to the first dial. Discovery, list build, dialler integration, script calibration, launch. We have done it in four when the client was ready.

What does "no-cost rep replacement" actually mean?

If a rep is underperforming on the metrics we agreed on, we swap them within 2 to 3 weeks at no additional cost. No re-onboarding fee, no setup fee, no contract renegotiation. The performance bar lives in writing in your MSA.

Can we keep our CRM and dialler?

Yes. Default setup. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Pipedrive, Apollo, and most majors. You keep data ownership, recordings, and analytics. The rep operates on your stack.

Is the setup fee separate from the monthly rate?

Yes. The setup fee is one-time, due on contract signature. Covers discovery, list build, dialler integration, CRM mapping, script calibration, and rep onboarding. The monthly fee starts on day one of dialing.

How does cancellation work?

Month-to-month is 30 days notice, no exit fee. Term agreements (3, 6, 12 month) have early-termination terms in the MSA, normally a buy-out of remaining months at the standard rate. Renewal is opt-in, not auto.

Where are the reps based?

South Africa. Three floors across Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg. Neutral English accents, screened and recorded. All reps work from office, not remote. US and UK timezone coverage available. Nearshore (Mexico) and onshore (US) floors available at higher rates.

What happens on the 30-minute call?

We map the funnel: targeting, script, list, connect rate, conversion. We tell you how many seats fit, what mix of SDR vs closer, and what the go-live timeline looks like. If the model is wrong for the job, we say so on the call and name the agency that fits better.
